A high yielding self fertile garden variety. Very large fruit with a thin smooth skin from March to May. White flesh with a sweet tangy flavour. Vigorous growth habit. Prefers a well drained soil that is moist in summer. This variety seems to be more drought frost and wind tolerant than others. Prune after fruting. Grows to 4m.
